The Helix
This is usually known as the ear rim and is probably the most common type or cartilage piercing. This should NEVER be done with an ear piercing gun although sadly this is quite frequently the case. Rings are the most popular choice of jewellery, although short bars which can later have short spikes or jewels added are another option.
