Here is an
example of multiple tongue piercing. The middle one was done by someone else a long time
ago when tongue piercing was less common. We added the other two down the centreline one
at a time first then the two side ones were added together later. This sort of tongue work
is usually best planned out in advance first and any piercing done off the centre line
should always be done by an experienced, professional piercer.
