This is a double navel piercing done with mother of pearl banana bars. The top piercing was done elsewhere and unfortunately is a little off centre which slightly spoils the effect. The bottom navel piercing is more unusual but not any different really. Some people actually suit a bottom navel piercing better, due to the shape of their belly button, but most customers opt for the traditional placement.
