Having a foreskin does not mean you can't have this piercing, however a very tight
foreskin can cause problems and discomfort during healing and afterwards.
Here I have retracted the foreskin and am studying the lay of the folds of skin and the frenum to decide on best placement of the piercing. This may not always be central and in fact is often placed just to one side of the frenum. When I have decided on the best location this is carefully marked and rechecked.
