The Madonna
Presumably named after the Queen of Pop herself, due to the position being similar to the placement of her beauty spot and also called a Marilyn by some people for the same reason, this fairly new piercing is really only a variation on a labret. It can be placed away from the top lip or fairly close (as displayed by Keli Le Roc who has indubitably helped its rise in popularity) and is usually fitted with a labret post to start with. It may need sizing down after a few weeks and this is performed free of charge.
