These two pictures show a fresh hand web piercing with a barbell. The client had tried this piercing before in Germany but with a ring. She had found it a little impractical and it grew out very quickly. As a result of this she decided to try with a bar this time. I also put the piercing a little bit deeper to hopefully give it a better chance of staying put this time. These piercings can be very difficult to heal as you use your hands so much, but if they do settle down and you are careful they can last and are certainly very individual.
